Civcom’s transponders integrate with NRZ or RZ modulation formats and Optical Dispersion Compensation technology, allowing a wide range of applications for networks reaching from 40 km – up to 2000 km.
Civcom's Free-Path family includes the world’s smallest Tunable Optical Dispersion Compensator (TODC). TODC technology is a breakthrough in minimizing the size, insertion loss and power consumption, and allows its integration into 10Gbps and 40Gbps tunable transponders and the design of Manageable Dispersion Compensator Modules.
