| Efraim Roif has over 13 years of experience in development of subsystems and transponders. Mr. Roif led the development of DuoBinary technology for Tera-Sea prior to joining Civcom. Previously, he developed DWDM high quality and long distance transponders for Bit-rates up to 12.5G at ECI Telecom, Multilink Technologies and for carrier class vendors such as Alcatel Optronics (acquired by Avanex) and Lucent technologies (Agere). Mr. Roif holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering. |
