| Gabby Shpirer has over 15 years of multidisciplinary experience in Networking Communication Development, Project Management, Product Verification and Customer Support in the Optoelectronics industry. Prior to joining Civcom, Mr. Shpirer held a management position at Intel Development Center in Jerusalem, Israel, delivering Gigabit and Fast Ethernet communication product, supporting customer’s reference designs, system validation and hardware emulation using high gate count FPGA’s. Mr. Shpirer holds a Practical Engineer degree. |
